Who We AreWe specialize in infrared thermography for the commercial building envelope including commercial roofing systems, sheet metal flashings, wall assemblies and windows. We view infrared thermography as a facilities management tool for building owners and managers to use to get the maximum return on their investment in the building envelope. In addition to being trained thermographers, we have in depth knowledge and many years of experience with commercial roofing systems and commercial building envelopes with a lot of emphasis on commercial roofing maintenance services. The infrared camera technology we use produces easy-to-understand images. We present those images in a report that analyzes leak, moisture or heat loss problems and offers options for restoring and maintaining the building system under analysis.
