See for Yourself with Easily Interpreted Color Infrared Images of Your Maintenance Problems

• We enhance the contrast and color in the images of the problem areas of a building to delve deeper into the problem.
• This allows you to more easily “see” the problem for yourself.
• The typical color spectrum that graphically represents infrared spectrum readings starts with the cooler colors blue, then green, then onto yellow, orange and red, the warmer colors.

We prepare a report that interprets and analyzes the data and images in the language of facilities management and maintenance professionals. Then, we make conclusions and recommendations for remedial action/repair with conceptual estimates for labor materials based on our years of experience with roofing systems and building envelopes.
